The cousins had a fun adventure feeding the horses apples recently. Both girls were excited to bring "Mike and Vannah" apples. Verity is learning things really quickly and mimics Corrine when she yells phrases like: "Mike! Apple!" "I'm Coming, Mike" "Vannah, Come! Apple!". The cute part is that the horses really come!

Corrine in her "barn clothes"... dress and sunglasses! At least we changed out of her pretty shoes.
Verity had a bag of apple pieces that she carried down to the fence. She would hand a piece to Granddad to feed to the horse.
Corrine and her apples. She learned to throw the apples under the fence and directed Mike to find his apple chunck that got stuck down deep in the mud.
Well fed horses found some hay.
Auntie Laila pushed Corrine on the swing, who can now get on the swing and push herself with her feet. Verity was learning that Laila's name is not only "Mommy" - Corrine says "Laila" (no auntie yet) and so Verity copied her lead and ran around calling her mom "Laila" all afternoon.
