Some days as a family of four go smoothly into nice nights, with long periods of sleep and happy campers in the morning... and others go more like this: Alex decides not to sleep in his crib and only sleep on Mom or Dad... sweet until you want to sleep too (see tired Dad below!). Feeling accomplished, we got Alex to sleep in his crib finally and we went to bed. Big bellowing cries awoke both of us from Corrine's room, where she had a bad dream. I got up, Craig tried to go back to sleep so he could get up for work, but then cries come from Alex's room. So Craig took diaper duty in Alex's room and I smoothed over the bad dream, in an expedited manner, then we switched so Alex could eat... get the picture of our restful evening? :-)
Alex slept soundly on Craig. Craig has been using the Moby wrap to wear Alex and they both love it. I'll catch a picture of him with it on someday! See below for pictures of Corrine testing it out. We highly recommend it for newborns so far - we didn't use one with Corrine.
Corrine continues to help out with Alex. Here, she is helping burp him after breakfast. She is very caring and helpful.
