Cousin Time!

Corrine and Verity had a play date today. Corrine was waiting for Verity's arrival with her shades on since it was a beautiful day!
Yay! Verity is here!
Corrine wanted to dive into the carrier with her...

The cousins weren't sure what to do at first... notice their confused expressions.

Corrine jumped into action and started teaching Verity all the tricks of a 7 month old. Eating was trick number one. Yes, she would have tasted Verity's nose if it got close enough.

For trick number two, Corrine decided to teach Verity how to stand on her own.

The third and greatest trick was the Corrine steam-roller. Lucky for Verity, Auntie 'Lissa raised her up before Corrine turned her into a pancake.

Next we thought sharing toys would be a good idea... Corrine was originally far away and noticed Verity had her peacock and purple cow - not good, she thought, as she started to chug in her cute inch-worm fashion over to rescue her toys. She promptly grabbed her toys when she arrived and mommy promptly returned them to Verity - never too early for sharing.

So Corrine wasn't sure about this... she kept her eye on Verity (and the purple cow) the rest of the day.

Eventually they worked it out and played well - notice purple cow on neutral turf. (Corrine was whispering to Verity: "Take the purple cow - I dare you..."). They played happily actually, and we all enjoyed the day.

Verity and her great grandma - what a happy girl!

Great grandparents with Verity - she was cracking them up!

Time to go bye-bye... thanks for visiting!
